Shipping and Handling
All orders received within the United States and U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested). As most of our items are made to order (especially for you) shipment date varies dependant upon product development time. Expected shipment time is listed on each product page. This time frame is an estimate, and most often you can expect us to ship your purchase the earliest of the time frame listed.

About the Fabrics
All bags are made from decorator fabric and are Scotch Guarded by us before they are sent out. Only spot cleaning or dry cleaning is recommended, when necessary, and you do so at your own risk.
Payment Options
Payments are made via Paypal, a free service that allows you to charge purchases to a major credit card, or to electronically transfer funds from your bank account via a secure server. For more information about Paypal, please visit their website at paypal.com.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please CONTACT US VIA EMAIL at info@mybutterflybaby.com before you place an order. We will wait until the personal check has cleared the bank before we can ship your purchase.
Return Policy
Normally, once an item is shipped, your credit card will be billed and you own the bag. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and we do not take returns. If you would like to add insurance to your package when it is mailed, please contact us BEFORE you order to make arrangements.
